Macrocystis pyrifera es una macroalga t\u00edpica de fondos rocosos, donde forma mantos densos sobre grandes extensiones, conocida como \u201cSargazo gigante\u201d, se desarrolla en aguas limpias del Pac\u00edfico, al igual que Laminaria bongardiana otro tipo de alga marr\u00f3n donde es muy com\u00fan.<\/p>\n
Ascophylum nodosum es t\u00edpica de los mares del norte de Europa, donde las aguas cristalinas y bien oxigenadas permiten obtener un producto de m\u00e1xima calidad.<\/p>\n
