Electrode
This soil EC meter has a stainless steel penetration probe for direct conductivity measurement. The probe is interchangeable (HI 73331) and can be quickly replaced by the user.

Automatic temperature compensation
Conductivity readings are compensated by temperature with a sensor incorporated into the probe for conductivity penetration.

CALIBRATION

The conductivity range can be calibrated at one point. The meter has been designed to be calibrated in liquid.

To maintain good precision, a frequent calibration of the instrument is recommended. The instrument is recommended to calibrate:
